  • Are you frustrated and stuck with your medical issues?
  • Do you just need a few answers to get unstuck and finally know which direction to take?
  • Do you find it just impossible to ask your burning question DIRECTLY to an expert who actually KNOWS what they are talking about without a 3-month waiting list, an inflated consultation fee, and a bag full of supplements to take…?
  • Are you tired of reading what worked for others in social media support groups and blogs online? Which is not turning the needle for you.
  • Are you frustrated by conflicting information from medical professionals and Google Searches?

There’s got to be a better way for you to make medical decisions for yourself that actually make sense and move your healing forward.

I believe most mistakes people make are due to wrong information.

There’s plenty of that out there.

And it is increasingly frustrating to me.

Let’s correct that RIGHT NOW.

Here are some examples of common hidden and misdiagnosed or mis-managed medical issues that I have seen over the years (also in our EBV community) that elude even the most experienced medical community:

  • All things EBV, of course
  • Objectivity of Medical Medium and EBV
  • Hypochlorhydria
  • Misdiagnosed Hashimoto’s (very common)
  • Pernicious Anemia
  • SIBO – often mishandled
  • H. pylori infection (unusual presentations)
  • Mast cell overproduction (usual and unusual causes)
  • Mold – making sense of it
  • Various forms of anemia
  • Inaccurate ferritin reading assessment
  • Various therapeutic diets – benefits and red flags
  • Pros and Cons of various forms of fasting
  • Tons of medical myths
  • Pitfalls of the accidental dogma created by functional medicine paradigm
  • High homocysteine
  • Hidden hiatal hernia
  • Gut infections
  • Framing the MTHFR gene SNP into the context of your medical history
  • And so much more….

What to Expect on the Q&A

  • I answer your questions live in Zoom as you post them in the Zoom chat
  • This call is recorded for internal purposes only, the replay is not made available to participants.
  • I am committed to offering this call every two months
  • I may offer to the group resources I have created in my 20 years in clinical practice if they relate to questions that come up on the call
  • A 90-minute call: 1 hour and 15 minutes for the Q&A, and 15 minutes at the end of the call to tell you more about what we do at the EBV Global Institue to help our EBV Recovery Program students live and dream again.
  • Closed container: We ask that you join the call within the first 3 minutes of the start time. We won’t be admitting latecomers as we are creating a closed container for this workshop. Reason being – we find that when people join the call late, it invites a revolving door of participants in and out, effecting the quality of the experience for all. When you join on time you will be able to hear questions others ask to prevent duplicate questions. When you are fully present for the duration of the call you will have the most transformative, informative and enjoyable experience.
  • If you are excited about the possibility of working with me in our EBV Recovery Program I will open free 20-minute Quantum Leap one-on-one calls in the days following the Q&A to connect with you and assess if the Program is the next best step in your healing.

Save My Seat!
  • Save thousands on dollars of unnecessary tests, medications and interventions.

  • Save years wasted on pursuing medical rabbit holes, by getting accurate information that helps you know what to ask your doctor for.

  • Save frustration and humiliation of not being heard by your doctor when you actually have a very valid question.

  • Get my professional opinion on testing, therapies, stubborn mystery symptoms and concerns, conflicting medical advice you have been given and more.

  • All questions are on the table. If I do not know the answer, I will say so. If I cannot answer them due to liability and to protect your medical safety (safety first), like personal supplement dosages, I will tell you – honesty and transparency are the best policy, always.

Walk away empowered, inspired,
and equipped with knowledge and
understanding that has been illusive.

You will know what labs, therapies,
and interventions to investigate further.

What is NOT Addressed on the Q&A for EBV and Beyond?

  • I am not in position to provide any protocol with supplement dosages for any individual. This requires 1-1 clinical work, an intake form, reviewing medical history etc. It is unrealistic to expect this from me within this framework.
  • I am not able to assess any one person’s entire supplement protocol.
  • I am not able to assess anyone’s drug and nutrient interactions or nutrient deficiencies caused by their current medications.
  • I am not providing any medical advice, I am not diagnosing any disease – our Zoom calls are for informational and educational purposes only.

Why Join My Q&A?

I have vast clinical knowledge and am alarmed and frustrated with how it is becoming increasingly complicated and confusing to navigate chronic illness. I want to ensure that those navigating EBV and Beyond receive the right information and direction, and not just pharmaceuticals or nutritional supplements.

I have growing concerns, with a pattern I have noticed especially in the most recent years of functional doctors not having enough discernment, and reducing your “case” to a functional medical model, which pushes for green pharmacy, protocols for assumed leaky gut, detox protocols that are often too aggressive and may not even be warranted at a time, and endless restrictive therapeutic diets that eventually may backfire, without a time line for them.

Over the years in my clinical work with EBV, I have come to the conclusion that…

EBV is not the cause, it is the result.

Let me explain. EBV is an opportunist. It will hit you when you are compromised and vulnerable – emotionally, physically, physiologically, mentally, or spiritually. It comes as a result of trauma, stress, nutritional deficiencies, coinfections, aggressive Wi-Fi technology, exposure to water damage, exposure to any environmental toxins such as dioxins from burning wood or fireworks… and many more factors – ANYTHING that compromises you is then fair game for EBV.

In order to heal from EBV, you have to first SEE THROUGH the resulting EBV that feels like you’ve been hit by a Mack truck and go to the root cause of what happened to allow the virus to thrive.

Without doing so you will always be a victim of this virus.

Your intuition (due to living in your body 24/7) will lead you to asking the right questions at this time because you know your body the best. You just need someone to help you guide you to factual answers, so you can take the next step in the right direction. I created this Q&A specifically to help you avoid years of revolving doors, and pursuing the “next best trending approach” to try to get well. I have seen so much life wasted in people that deserve better.

“I just wanted to pop on and encourage others how wonderful the program is and how much help it is with this diagnosis and virus! Through the years you can always go back and refresh. I have been a part of the program for a while. I am going back through everything and it really does prepare you to overcome! I had labs done in October and for the first time it is not active and numbers were normal! Praise!”

“It is helpful. I am reading more clinical studies about EBV. It’s nice to hear from someone who knows how to help people. Only one doctor looked at my EBV and now doesn’t ‘practice in that way’. I feel like I’ve been beating my head against a wall for 34 years. Thank you for doing this today.”

My Story and How this Q&A Was Born

I am a Doctor of Clinical Nutrition. I have almost 20 years of hardcore clinical experience in functional nutrition, and I have learned so much about human disease and healing in that process. I built a reputation on being the last resort for very sick people, even having doctors referring their patients to me. I had Dr. Gerard Mullin, an internationally renown integrative gastroenterologist, invite me to join the brand new integrative center at Johns Hopkins while I lived in Baltimore. This is where I took a deep dive into the GI tract with his guidance and fell in love with gastroenterology. The knowledge I gained by working very closely with Dr. Mullin while at Hopkins continues to inform my clinical decisions to this day, which has helped me make a remarkable difference in many of my patients’ lives.

Most of you may know me from my work and advocacy for EBV and my best-selling book The EBV Solution. But in order to mastermind this virus, I had to be primed and I feel my expansive clinical experience, from medical mysteries to detoxification, to autoimmunity, to gut issues, to SIBO, Hashimoto’s and the list goes on– this clinical journey primed me to be able to not only figure out how to dismantle EBV but also how to handle its various presentations in our community. In other words, I am not easily intimidated by complex presentations of human dis-ease, EBV or beyond.

There is a problem though.

Once I realized the tragedy behind medical mismanagement and even denial of EBV – I had to do something about it, so I wrote the book based on research I had done and then the solutions I had implemented for my patients that provided consistent resolution of EBV.

But I saw there was a huge need to serve that population and my 1-1 practice could never help enough people in need. Something had to be done.

This is why I created the EBV Recovery Program. I put all my clinical experience into this Program. We later added one-on-one calls because each person with EBV has a different bucketful of conditions and presentations. This hybrid model works very well for those that are ready to do the work and can invest 4-5K to compensate me and my team fairly.

The question remained:

How can I help others that aren’t yet a part of our EBV Recovery Program?

So with my team, we set out on an advocacy journey to create free or very low investment resources to train you on topics related to EBV. Once in a while, I offered a live Q&A to a specific support group for chronic EBV, but due to the growing need for support, we’ve decided to host these Q&A independently and more frequently to allow more people to join.

This is why I made the decision to open the Q&A to the general public and do hold them every two months.

All I ask is that, if what you learn on the call helps you move forward, you let us know so we can all celebrate your progress!

Forward and Upward!

– Kasia Kines
